There are many World War II sites, including the beaches of the Normandy Landings. These include a fascinating choice of museums, cemeteries, fortifications and battlefields.
Students experience the region’s distinctive culture and taste its delicious produce with visits to street markets and local producers including bakeries, oyster farms, goat farms, biscuit makers and a chocolate museum. Students are also encouraged to practice their French using language exercises and town trails.
